When we started in this industry the internet was merely used for email and surfing the web but now in 2021 everything is connected to the internet, so a reliable network and Wi-Fi system is ESSENTIAL. Using cheap network equipment for an expensive AV system is like buying a Porsche but putting on $50 tyres… It may work for a time but why risk it?

Streaming services such as Netflix, Stan and Prime all require significant bandwidth and with a dodgy Wi-Fi signal you will constantly get dropouts, or it won’t load at all! We only use systems that are both cost effective and extremely reliable. With offsite monitoring just in case a device at home is malfunctioning we can check in and resolve just about any issue.
